Marvelous old antique top window sashes, salvaged from an arts and crafts home, built in the early 1920's. They retain the original wavy glass. Mounted within are six 19th century custom matted botanical engravings "Sowerby's English Botany, or, Coloured Figures of British Plants". Sowerby was a famous English naturalist, illustrator and mineralogist. Original engravings from the 1866 edition. Plates included: Field Cow-Wheat, Yellow Toadflax, Yellow and Striped Toadflax hybrid, Red Bartsia, Peach-leaved Bell-Flower, Nettle-leaved Bell-Flower.

CONDITION NOTES
Very good antique condition; wear consistent with age. Some is chipping here and there; there are small dents and chips. The putty around the glass has been re-caulked.
