19th Century French Blue Confit Pot
Antique 19th century French Martres-Tolosane confit pot with blue glaze from the South of France. This pot or planter is hand thrown with charming handles known as 'ears'. These jars were used for storing and preserving cooked meat. It displays beautifully, perfect with a bouquet of flowers or used in the kitchen to hold utensils.
